Within Reach

Philosophy

“As a provider of mental health and substance abuse treatment, I know that problems can often be overwhelming. It is often difficult to get the help and support that you need as well as the understanding and compassion that is often missing from family and friends.

Mental health treatment should be a part of your overall self-care goals.

To be healthy in mind, body and spirit is attainable. Seeking help does not mean that you are crazy. Seeking help means that you realize that you cannot solve your problems alone and without the appropriate therapy, counseling, feedback or guidance, which is available to you.

Your well-being is of the upmost importance and one that you will receive assistance in achieving with the help of a professional.”
